Making A Purchase
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products pages
and click on any items that you wish to buy then put them into
the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click
on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card
payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your
order and your credit card company will convert the transaction
to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta,
Switch, and Solo cards. Your card will be authorised in real time
and you will be given confirmation of a successful payment. Goods
are shipped out immediately if they are in stock.

Shipping And Handling
Postage
& packing is free for all UK orders. For all orders outside
the UK a small additional charge will be applied to the cost of
the purchase. This additional charge is determined by the country
that you want the goods delivered to. Delivery for the UK is within
2-3 working days. However, please allow 28 days for delivery as
some items can suddenly become out of stock due to spikes in demand.
Where possible, we will warn you about long delivery times on
products by placing (28 Day Delivery) in the drop-down menus.

Back Orders
If
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you
would rather not wait.

Returns and Exchanges

day no quibble guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase,

The
goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own
protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery
service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides
you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
Unfortunately,
we cannot exchange or refund goods which have been stained by make-up,
deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged
by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in
a saleable condition. We
do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was
sent. Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within
14 days of receipt of the goods.
